Manufacturing and Distribution
Every part of the Isover manufacturing process is controlled to meet environmental limits. No CFCs or HFCs are generated in the production process and Isover insulation is rated at zero Global Warming Potential (Zero GWP) and zero Ozone Depletion Potential (zero ODP).
Isover was the first insulation manufacturer to introduce innovative packaging methods that reduce space during storage and distribution by up to 90%.
Delivery capacity has been increased to 22 or even 24 pallets per truck, which combines with our new regional distribution centre to reduce our carbon footprint by: reducing the number of deliveries per customers, reducing total road miles, and substantially decreasing the amount of CO2 emissions in our distribution process.
