Less Materials

Using less virgin materials and more recycled raw materials helps sustain your environment.

Digger
At Isover we've taken our use of recycled raw materials to the max!

Product content
At Isover we've taken our use of recycled raw materials to the max! Isover insulation has up to 86% post consumer recycled glass content - the absolute limit for glass mineral wool manufacture.
Recycled water
Manufacturing process
But our efforts don't stop there. We also believe that water use must be minimised. And this time we've reached the minimum!

Zero waste leaves our factory - we recycle every drop used in manufacturing back into the process and use it time and time again.

Isover water usage achieves the benchmark set by the Environmental Agency of between 3m3/tonne and 10m3/tonne. 375,000 litres of water are recycled at the Isover manufacturing plant every day.

Maximum fitability
Less wastage on site
Another Isover goal is to provide our installers with maximum on site efficiency. The use of Isover glass mineral wool during installation ensures minimum wastage of materials on site. The resilient nature of the product allows for an easier fit, unlike rigid insulation materials, which need to be cut precisely to size. Isover insulation offer maximum fitability.
